Welcome to our Prayer Request Form.  We want you to know that our Intercessory Prayer Team is here for you.  We take very seriously the privilege of hearing and praying for needs expressed here.  So, this is just a beginning, a first step in sharing together the struggles and trials of faith in our great and glorious God. 

Please give thought to what you write and be honest.  This will help us to pray with greater clarity.  For requests that are marked "confidential", we will do our best to honor that request.  But, at a minimum, requests are shared with the Pastors and Elders. 

May God bless us richly this day as we seek him together in prayer.
